At Early Rider, we want to ensure your young rider is perfectly matched with their new bike. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item securely in its original box, ensuring all components, tools, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
